COVID-19 Reopening Update

Los Angeles, Calif. – June 26th, 2020 - (CELESTIAL ATLANTIS TREATY ORGANIZATION) the Celestial Atlantis Treaty Organization (CATO), a government organization also known as the proposed Atlantis California Municipal Incorporated Government of Arendelle County, California, announced today ahead of the final weekend of June that it would resume normal operations under COVID-19 with specified regulations in place.

COVID-19 Response

Los Angeles, Calif. -- April 5, 2020 -- Ahead of the first full week of April, the Celestial Atlantis Treaty Organization (CATO) announced it will begin operating under the special emergency condition, "Condition Blue, Code Orange." CATO's Executive Authority, the High Council of Ahtohallan, warned of repercussions from the response but stressed that the wellbeing of all of CATO's personnel must come first.
