About the Celestial Atlantis Treaty Organization

The Celestial Atlantis Treaty Organization was founded on December 21st, 2012 by the signing of its charter, the Charter of Atlantis. In November 2017, it was incorporated for the Public Benefit as it remains today. The motto carried best describes the mission of CATO: “Cras ut EXPLORATOR… Et si forte recogitet in infinitum.” Translated, it means “Pathfinder to Tomorrow… and Maybe Into Infinity.”
