What are We Doing?
The Celestial Atlantis Treaty Organization, NortheBridge, S.T.A.R. Labs, Consortium of the Infinity Star, and Assembly of Concorde are taking measures to ensure the safety of Essential Members.
CATO will operate from 5am Pacific to 10am Pacific, Sunday through Saturday.
CATO will also operate from 5pm Pacific to 10pm Pacific, Sunday through Saturday
Cloud Mosaic Operating Hours will follow CATO’s operating hours for Sales Services and Financial Services. Solutions Services will operate at a reduced capacity but maintain it’s 24/7/365 availability.
Wherever possible, personnel not assisting on the frontlines will be required to telework for their safety, and the safety of others in the community. This will lead to significantly delayed response times and response times at odd hours.
The amount of delay time varies from Directorate to Directorate and Division to Division. We have included the best estimated time below:
- Celestial Atlantis Treaty Organization – 3 to 5 days
- NortheBridge – 1 to 3 days
- Consortium of the Infinity Star – 1 to 2 days
- S.T.A.R. Labs – 3 to 5 days
- Assembly of Concorde – 1 to 3 days
- CATO Executive Branch – Up to 7 days
- CATO Unified Operations – Up to 5 days
- NortheBridge Cloud Mosaic – Up to 4 hours
Partners and potential partners should expect that CATO or any Directorates they are working with to be far less responsive compared to previously. While we try and work to meet every partner or potential partner’s needs, all partners and potential partners will need to work around CATO’s updated schedule without exceptions.
